Navigating the 10-Band Equalizer

A 10-band equalizer splits the audible sound spectrum (from 31Hz to 16kHz) into octave-wide bands: - **Sub-Bass (31Hz - 62Hz)**: Gives physical depth and rumble. - **Bass & Low-Mid (125Hz - 250Hz)**: Adds warmth and body to vocals and guitars. - **Mid-Range (500Hz - 1kHz)**: The core vocal range; boost for presence, cut to reduce boxiness. - **Treble & Presence (2kHz - 16kHz)**: Adds crispness, definition, and air to the mix.

Using Equalizer Presets

If you're not comfortable adjusting ten individual sliders, presets offer quick shortcuts: - **Bass Booster**: Amplifies lower frequencies for a powerful kick. - **Vocal Booster**: Focuses on mid and high frequencies to make speech cut through. - **Treble Booster**: Emphasizes higher frequencies for brighter percussion and acoustic instruments.
